Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge Bachelor fan. I watch the episodes religiously and I even keep up with the contestants after the show. If you follow former Bachelor contestants on social media like me you may recognize this “Maybe You Literally Can Even” tshirt…
100% of the proceeds of the tee go to help benefit former Bachelor contestant Sarah Herron’s charity, SheLift. Many former contestants have donated and posted with their Maybe You Literally Can Even tees on social media with the hashtag #maybeyouliterallycaneven.
Sarah started the SheLift charity with a few of her friends with the goal to, “empower girls to conquer their personal mountains” after her time on The Bachelor.
The organization promotes that we are not defined by our bodies and that all girls deserve to love themselves unconditionally. I was happy to give to the organization and get this sweet tee in return!

Happy Wednesday y’all! Today I am officially launching the new and improved Sweet Life of Lauren Grace (with a website and everything) and I am so excited! This is something I have been wanting to do for a while now… Recently my best friend encouraged me to take the plunge and I am so glad I did!
I have had a blast setting up this site and getting ready for the launch today. I am so pumped to share my fashion and food adventures with you all!
A little bit about me…
Not only do I have a passion for fashion and food but I love to travel. I recently spent a few months abroad traveling around Europe and living in the amazing city of London. Later on I will recap my trip and share the memories I made and lessons I learned during my travels.
What I am wearing…
The weather has been so tricky lately I never know how to dress! This outfit is great for days when it is chilly in the morning and warmer in the afternoon. I love pairing this off-white turtleneck with high-waisted skirts – it goes well with virtually all of them! My top is from Ralph Lauren and you can find it here. This suede skirt is so comfortable and easy to wear, plus the lines on it are super flattering. The necklace is one of my favorite pendants from Stella & Dot. It also reversible which is super convenient – the other side is a beautiful light blue color. Last but not least, my watch is from Michael Kors and you can find a similar version of it here.

Yesterday was the most loved/hated holiday of the year, Valentine’s Day. This “hallmark holiday” as I like to call it, came and went just like all the rest. Although I don’t make a big deal of Valentine’s day as some do, I still enjoy celebrating with the one’s I love. Growing up, my father would always buy me a teddy bear, usually the one’s that would sing and dance, and a funny card on Valentine’s Day. I loved that tradition that I shared with my dad while I was growing up.
This year for Valentine’s Day my boyfriend and I went to our local ice rink to skate and then made dinner at home. I even wore this pink Oxford polo to get in the Valentine’s spirit. This polo is one of my favorites, it’s a men’s (Shhh..) so it’s super baggy and comfy! You can find the baby blue version of it here. My two-tone watch is Michael Kors and it is a staple for me. I love how versatile it is – I wear it with almost everything. Here is a similar version of it I found on the Michael Kors site. My dainty silver necklace is from Stella & Dot and it has quickly become one of my favorites since it came out a few weeks back. Also, it doesn’t move too much on my neck so I don’t have to keep adjusting to put the clasp in the back. It’s called The Wishing Necklace and it comes in silver, gold, and rose gold!
February is officially halfway over and that means summer is right around the corner. With only a few snow falls this season, Washington, D.C. hasn’t had a typical winter. Most days recently have even gotten up into the 50s! I am excited for it to start getting warm because that means I can pull out my summer closet – which I love!
