My Favorite Products – Spring Roundup

My Favorite Products

I decided to switch up my beauty routine recently and my skin, lips, hair, and eyelashes have thanked me… These are a few of my new favorite products!

Remember, you can click on the pictures to purchase the products.

Ka-BROW! Cream-Gel Eyebrow Color: For so long I had been using a normal eyebrow pencil so when I started using this benefit brow gel I was blown away. No more worrying about my eyebrows looking horrible at the end of the day / applying more of the eyebrow pencil in the middle of the day and I was finally able to shape my eyebrows in a way that looked completely natural (and no lines)! I can’t recommend this product enough, especially for those who put their makeup on super quick in the morning and don’t have much time to mess around with perfecting their brows. I use the 01 color (light) because it goes best with my cool skin tone and blonde hair.

Blowout Balm R + Co

R+Co Park Ave Blowout Balm:  I’m obsessed with this new styling product! It keeps my hair looking bouncy and feeling super soft. The best thing is, my hair looks just as good on the second day (which is new for me)! A little bit of the product goes a long way – so it’s well worth the slightly higher price tag. This is now a must have in my daily hair routine.
Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Palette
Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette: I love the warm colors in this palette and the pink and gold hues. Plus, the dark blue is great for the crease. These colors go well with my skin tone and my blue & green eyes. Plus, the palette literally smells like chocolate – it’s amazing.
Rodan+Fields Lash Enhancements
Rodan+Fields Lash Enhancements: I’ve been using the lash boost for 8 weeks now and my lashes have been completely transformed! I started to see results after week 3 and have been floored every week with the amazing results. They are looking long and beyond belief. The serum is worth every penny – I have never been more excited about my eyelashes! I will be posting a before and after transformation post soon so stay tuned. Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture SPF 15
Neutrogena SPF 15: Now that summer is right around the corner, sunscreen should be an essential part of your daily routine. I’ve started using this moisturizer everyday under my foundation to protect my skin from the harsh sun. I was surprised by how “oil-free” it actually is – my skin didn’t feel oily at all after using it. This is the first moisturizer I’ve used that didn’t dry out my skin or clog my pores. I definitely recommend trying out this product if you are searching for a good facial sunscreen!
Vaseline rosy lips lip therapyVaseline Lip Therapy: I recently was introduce to lip therapy and I can’t believe I didn’t know about this before. I use the “rosy lips” for a cute pink tint.
SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Mattifying

SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water: I have been searching for a non-oily solution for removing my makeup for forever and I have finally found something I love – this micellar water. The all-in-1 magnifying is so gentle on my skin and takes off my makeup so easily (even waterproof eyeliner)! The micellar water works so well and leaves my face feeling super smooth and hydrated. I am so happy with this – I’m never going back to another makeup remover again!

My Favorite Products Right Now

photo-feb-26-11-34-26-amToday on the blog I will be doing a roundup a few of my favorite beauty products. It was so hard to pick just a few, so I chose the products I have been using the most religiously lately.

photo-feb-26-11-38-06-amThis primer is easily one of my favorite products out right now. I used to always struggle with my eyeshadow looking horrible at the end of the day but then I found this magical “primer potion” by Urban Decay. Now, my eye makeup looks good all day. It is a staple in my makeup bag!

photo-feb-26-11-38-40-amThis perfume was in a sample bag that I got from Estee Lauder recently and I love the timeless scent of it. What I like most is the mature floral aroma it has, it’s perfect for this time of year. Also, this size is super small so it’s perfect for my purse!

photo-feb-26-11-39-33-amI have been using this Benefit Cosmetics industrial strength concealer for years now. I’s perfect for covering under under eye dark circles, the occasional pimple, and discoloration. Plus this small container lasts for months so the $20 price tag is well worth it. It also comes in different shades. I highly recommend trying it out!

photo-feb-26-11-35-56-amThis Aveeno moisturizer is seriously amazing. Although I don’t wake up looking like their cover girl Jennifer Aniston, I do feel “positively radiant” after having this on my face all night.  I have always struggled to find the right moisturizer for my skin, but I think I have finally found one I will use for years.

photo-feb-26-11-39-00-amI got this small sample in my Birchbox a while back and am still using it. This protect & oil serum is great for minimizing the frizz in my hair and making it shine. It also has healing ingredients in it against UV rays and heat damage which is great for people who hair dryers, curling irons, and straighteners often like I do!

photo-feb-26-11-39-40-amLast but not least is my favorite foundation, Stila Stay All Day. I have been using this for years now and I have never thought about switching. This foundation gives me medium-to-full coverage and makes my skin feel amazing. It also gives a subtle glow to my skin which I love. Best of all, it really does stay put on my skin all day!
